CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Nautical Bros Customs for your custom needs! We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we have developed the following refund/cancellation policy to make things easier for our customers.
Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nautical Bros Customs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping costs, once the item has been returned to us in its original condition.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet started production on your custom order, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If production has already started, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we may not be able to issue a full refund.
Please note that we cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been shipped. If you receive an order that you wish to return, please follow our refund policy.
Custom Orders:
Please note that all custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any concerns or questions about your custom order, please contact us before placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns on any item that has been altered or damaged after it has been received by the customer.
